The Siemens 7KG6000-8AB/NN (SIMEAS T series) is a versatile digital transducer (signal converter) designed for measuring and converting various AC electrical parameters. It operates with a supply voltage of 110–250 V AC (or 100–230 V AC/DC), with a maximum input voltage handling up to 600 V.

This model offers three configurable analog outputs (e.g. 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, etc.) and one binary output that can be used for alarm or energy pulse functions. The transducer supports full parameterization via RS232/RS485 interface using Siemens’ SIMEAS T PAR software.

It can measure quantities such as voltage, current, active/reactive/apparent power, frequency, power factor (cos φ), phase angle, and energy. It features real RMS measurement with high accuracy and is capable of handling distorted waveforms up to the 32nd harmonic. The unit is typically mounted on a DIN rail and connected via screw terminals.
